The Two biggest influences that drove Komal Somani, Founder at Happiness Infuser were her close connection to people and thirst to create a happy vibe at the workplace which took her previous workplaces from gold to platinum. After getting ESDS (Her previous organization) on 2nd Rank in Great Place to Work for 4th consecutive year she wanted to broaden her horizons and that’s is the time she got her thought of why just make one organization a Great Place to Work and why not all India’s organization. This provoking thought got her new venture “Happiness Infuser” on track with a goal of touching 1 billion people with happiness and making India a great country to work for.She has succeeded to bag the most renowned title for ESDS that is 2nd rank in “Great Place to Work ’2019” in India’s Great Mid-Size companies in the 4th consecutive year with an accompanying title of “Best workplaces for women’2019”. Adding to this she has several accolades in her kitty like “Creative Catalyst – 2019” at Chief strategic officer summit, “Most Innovative Women - 2018” at SHE leads Summit, “Dream Companies to Work for 2017” in her leadership, she was even felicitated as The 50 Most HR Innovative Tech Leader and presented as Woman Super Achiever Award at World HRD Congress which have elevated her into India’s HR Wall of Fame and List goes on to 25 Most Innovative HR Technology Leaders – 2017 by Asia Pacific HRM Congress, Maharashtra Nari Ratna Award 2017 and for sure few accolades are on the way.
