I am currently a Manager - Compliance /Risk Investigation at Amazon, where I lead a team of investigators who ensure the safety and security of the Amazon platform and customers. In my role, I set the vision, direction, and culture of my team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals, providing coaching and feedback sessions, and serving as a leader and point of contact for escalated issues. I use my problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and partners, such as legal, compliance, customer service, and product teams, to resolve complex and sensitive cases and improve customer satisfaction. I also leverage my dive deep and working backwards skill to understand and analyze data and trends, and to identify and implement innovative solutions and best practices.
