I am an Environmental Compliance and Air Quality Strategist with a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering and over a decade of experience driving air permitting, regulatory compliance, and sustainability programs for data centers and hyperscale infrastructure across the U.S. My expertise includes innovating emission reduction strategies, sustainable scenario development for industries, permitting (Title V, NSR, and PSD), emissions forecasting, GHG accounting, and backup generator offset strategies. I have successfully partnered with regulatory agencies (USEPA, TCEQ, CARB, AQMDs) and internal teams to secure complex compliance for large-scale campuses in Texas, Virginia, California, and Georgia. Beyond permitting, I specialize in embedding compliance into corporate operations aligning environmental programs with sustainability and net zero goals, such as guiding supplier decarbonization, and Scope 1,2,3 GHG emissions.
