I am a yoga and meditation teacher with a deep passion for promoting holistic well-being and personal growth. Alongside my work in yoga, I am also a special educator with extensive experience teaching specially abled children. I believe that integrating mindfulness, movement, and emotional support is essential for nurturing resilient and empowered individuals.With an M.A. in Yogacharya, a TTC 500-hour certification, and a recently completed Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course, I bring both expertise and compassion to my practice.
