I\'m passionate about building great chat bots that make people\'s lives easier. I have 2+ years of experience of developing skill bots, chat bots and deployments for 10+ customers that connect user to Live Agent and Virtual Assistant Bots using the concept and services of AWS Lambda, Azure DevOps, Espressive and Amazon Connect. I have also an experience of working in support (Run n Maintain) for the chatbots. My responsibilities include understanding complex business requirements. I have strong experience in providing end to end chat bot solutions to various industries. I believe in taking responsibility of my work. I have experience of communicating with customers from different part of the world. A team player with the ability to work independently under pressure situation. Ability to motivate team members for achieving performance objectives. Self - starter who is able to perform multiple tasks at once and adapt quickly.
