Leading a team of 100+; Directors, Associate Directors, Senior Managers, and Analysts. Crafted a scalable organizational structure and established an Accounting COE for the company in Hyderabad. Scaled up the organization in Hyderabad from 5 to 100+ in a year’s time. 250+ is the targeted growth by next year.
