   Led as an operation manager for UBO5 (UFF+SSD site) and UBO3 (SSD site) where the site volume was ramped up by 40% in Jupiter ART’25 compared to Jupiter ART’24. Deliverable metrics such as CPT, order cancellation and quality parameters were intact even with the ramped volume.Worked with learning team on the learning curve ramp up of the Jupiter ART’25 hiring where 30% associates were newly hired.Launched 2 XPT CPT (external points which serves the pin codes outside the FC pin code coverage) in UBO5 in Q2 and streamlined the process of batching staging to ensure customer experience.Shifted from TL model to PA model as per the foldscope plan of GSF supervision and ensure the training of newly hired PA. This shifted site to a frugal model enhancing the overall cost.Collaborated with S & OP on the day today volume and Gas tank related concern and proactively resolved the inbound related concerns to meet the daily inbound volumes.Close collaboration with stakeholders which includes Safety team, PXT team, RME team and SLP team to ensure the day today activities are operated smoothly.People was the prime focus with two L4 and one L5 joining new in the team, thrives were conducted regularly with prime focus on the learning of the managers on the process and people management.AA centric leadership was enhanced with prime focus on VOA, engage and FGDs where the AA concerns were heard and resolved actively to enhance earn trust with associates.Led multiple standardization projects of inventory cube migration and slotting changes to improve the quality of the FC.Collaborated with central quality and central PXT on streamlining the SQPR 2.0 (standard quality performance review) process in GSF network, this streamlined the mechanism to take up the quality related underperformance in IN-GSF.
