I stepped into this role because I believe transformational retreats are one of the most powerful tools for women to expand their visibility, deepen their impact, and generate meaningful revenue—all while staying aligned with purpose. So many women have the expertise and message, but they don’t know how to translate that into a retreat that works for them. That’s where I come in- Serve as the first point of contact for women entrepreneurs and leaders interested in hosting purpose-driven retreats that also drive profits for the host, even from their first retreat- Guide each host through a personalized strategy process to define the vision, goals, and emotional core of their retreat- Help women unlock clarity, confidence, and practical next steps—often turning an abstract idea into a legacy-level experience- Support each retreat host with high-touch care, detailed notes, and custom resources before transitioning them to the internal retreat operations team- Track all leads and client progress, contributing to a monthly goal of new retreat conversations through strategic networking, referrals, and events- Advocate for heart-centered women to own their expertise and confidently step into the spotlight—no more waiting to be “ready.”- Play a key role in growing the retreat program’s reach, enrollment, and long-term impact across the Woman Explore community.
