The Global Field Operations (GFO) Launch team oversees a wide range of launches, making sure that new products, programs, devices, services, business models etc. are deployed successfully in the market.As an GFO Implementation Manager my responsibility is to own the end-to-end Operations Service Center launch process, collaborating with various stakeholders from Operations, Finance, Trade, Compliance, Engineering, Logistics, Legal, Partner Readiness, BPO, Policy etc. This role is crucial for influencing design and executing key launches, enabling our Customers and Partners to do business while ensuring we provide the experience they expect. Responsibilities include the following- Ensure all launches go smoothly across the regional Operations Service Centers- on schedule- Follow Launch Policy and ODLC launch framework. Establishing strong connections with corporate launch teams and the launch v-teams. Ensuring consistency in launch execution- Provide feedback on the launch design and engage with the Corp launch team to ensure regional needs are included in design- Represent our Customers, our Partners, and the Field throughout the launch process- Ensuring the experience delivered match customer and partner expectations. Identify issues and risks, influence and ensure these are addressed, or escalate to resolve- Ensure all regional stakeholders understand the impact a launch will have for their organization, such as transaction volumes, query support, resource impacts etc, and set up plans to manage- Provide regional approval for moving through launch tollgates and recommend launch “Go/No Go” decision- Conduct a launch post-mortem ensuring learnings are applied to future launches- Contribute to development of launch processes and frameworks, ensuring we continually improve how we manage launches given dynamic launch environment.
