R&D - Hardware Design:• Oversee TASER product development through full lifecycle, customer solutions, and engineering bill of material changes• Lead Engineering Program Manager for multiple overseas contract manufactures that build sub-assemblies for our TASER business. This includes evaluation and line setup, efficiency/scrap rate, UPH requirements, and outgoing quality test spec qualification. • Create, maintain, and implement product design schedules for 4 different TASER programs: T10, T7, X2 & X26P (Conducted Electrical Weapons & Cartridges)• Lead and prioritize cross functional alignment between Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Product Management• Communicate and lead OK2 EVT, DVT, and PVT phase gate exits to executive leadership • Help develop rigorous validation, reliability, and engineering verification test plans • Direct projects through our configuration management process: Smartsheets, EWOs, FAIR/PPAP, NPOs, ECOs
