I am a healthcare innovation and strategy executive with more than 20 years of experience building, funding, and scaling national platforms across pediatric health, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health. My work sits at the intersection of science, regulation, commercialization, and public impact, where I help turn promising technologies into products that reach patients.Across roles in healthcare systems, federal programs, and industry, I have served as principal investigator securing and managing over $35M in competitive federal and public-private funding. I’ve led portfolios advancing drugs, devices, diagnostics, and digital therapeutics from early development through regulatory approval, reimbursement alignment, and real-world adoption.Today, I serve as a healthcare innovation executive focused on pediatric medical technologies and diagnostics, leading global strategy and clinical pathway development for breakthrough platforms. I\'m also Founder & Program Director of the BARDA-funded SPARK Accelerator Hub, the only national accelerator dedicated to pediatric countermeasures. Previously, I spent more than 15 years at Children\'s National Hospital, most recently as Vice President & Chief Innovation Officer, where I built enterprise innovation infrastructure, launched commercialization platforms, and led some of the largest pediatric device and translational programs in the country.What connects all of my work is a focus on disciplined portfolio strategy, strong regulatory and evidence foundations, and partnerships that bring science to market at scale. I enjoy working with government agencies, healthcare systems, startups, and investors who care about building products and programs that last, and making a real difference for children and families.
