   Evaluate, treat, and develop plans of care and discharge plans for patients with complex diagnoses including stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, TBI, and SCI-Perform operational tasks to assist leadership including scheduling, orienting new rotating and per diem staff, and updating documentation templates-Perform chart audits through Epic to ensure compliance with hospital standards and insurance requirements-Mentor new clinicians and physical therapy students with inservice presentations and one on one meetings-Mentor physical medicine and rehabilitation residents on the indications and uses of functional electrical stimulation on patients in inpatient rehabilitation-Developed a walking program (Rusk Initiative to Increase Steps) to improve patient ambulation outside of therapy hours on the adult inpatient rehabilitation unit. Presented findings at a national physical therapy conference and with recognition by the Global Health Special Interest Group-Leading and coordinating a peer mentorship group amongst physical therapists to facilitate collaboration and teaching on the adult inpatient rehabilitation unit-Founded and currently lead an adaptive yoga program. Developed a site-specific questionnaire to analyze effects of the adaptive yoga group.
