I am Deeksha, a Chemical Engineering graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur, currently working as a Project Engineer at Emerson. I bring strong expertise in process engineering and simulation, with proficiency in Aspen HYSYS and Aspen Plus, along with hands-on experience in laboratory experimentation, process optimization, and ensuring safety and efficiency in operations.Previously, I gained valuable exposure through internships at the Mineral Processing Division, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Hyderabad and Aurobindo Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad. I was also honored with a Merit Award for outstanding academic performance and leadership. My academic project focused on the recovery of strategic metals using solvent extraction and precipitation techniques.Beyond my professional journey, I am deeply passionate about sustainability and social causes, having actively volunteered in initiatives related to village sanitation, gender equality, child labor prevention, and environmental awareness. I also run a blog dedicated to environmental issues, where I share insights and advocate for a cleaner, greener future.
