Onboarding activities, issuance of EID, induction, insurance, and all necessary employment forms. Coordinate with Government relations tean on visa and other immigration requirements. Updating employee records in HRMS (Focus) and ensure all the employee details are uploaded. Assist employee with bank accounts and updates. Ensure employees are registered under company\'s applicable insurance plans. Tracking of employees probation and confirmations, leave and attendance management. Development of HR policies and procedures.Conduct Performance Appraislal Activities. Handling employee grievances and concerns conduct disciplinary investigations. Conduct exit interviews and complete separations formalities and coordinate with payroll to ensure employee is paid their full and final settlements. Generate various employee MIS reports.
