I am the Director of Rovern Bikes Trading Private Limited. I build and lead a brand that is centered on bicycles, riding culture, and a strong community of people who enjoy being active and outdoors. My work sits at the intersection of business ownership, content creation, and community building, with a clear focus on long term brand value rather than short term hype.My role covers decisions across products, operations, and the way the brand shows up online. I work closely on how Rovern Bikes is presented on social platforms, how we speak to customers, and how we tell real stories from riders and events. The goal is to keep the brand honest, relatable, and consistent so that people feel comfortable coming back to us and recommending us to others.Day to day, I move between strategic planning and very hands on work. Some days are about suppliers, pricing, and structure of the business. Other days are about reviewing shoots, reels, captions, and campaigns that highlight rides, store moments, and collaborations. This mix helps me stay close to both the numbers and the people who make the brand come alive.I care deeply about building something that is sustainable and grounded. Rovern Bikes is still early in its journey and that allows room to experiment thoughtfully with content, formats, and partnerships that actually make sense for our audience.
