These projects have ranged from simple tenant improvements, to a large 470 acre data center infrastructure package.Key Projects:Eagle Mountain Data Center Infrastructure - Provided 470+ acres with water and sewer lines. Oversaw installation of state-of-the-art sewer lift station utilizing a dual Rhino-Pump system with a separate wet well. The lift station is the first of its kind in the State of Utah.Pet Suites Herriman - Luxury pet resort with extensive tenant improvement portion. Project timeline of 10 months.Gilbert Melody & Cremona - Build-to-Suite and Speculative buildings as part of Tom Stuart Construction\'s expansion into Arizona. Both buildings are located on the same 3 acre parcel and were design build. My responsibilities included finding, vetting, and hiring subcontractors; working with local government and utility companies to learn their unique processes; creation of construction timelines and weekly coordination meetings to ensure deadlines were met by subcontractors.
