As the primary recruiter for Miller Electric’s Eastern Region, I lead full‑cycle hiring efforts across Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN; Charlotte, NC; Augusta, GA; Richmond, VA; Covington, VA; Washington, DC/MD; and Raleigh, NC. I partner closely with regional leadership to recruit senior‑level, technical, and project‑focused talent supporting large‑scale construction and hyperscale data center programs.A core part of my role includes building and scaling project teams for $1B+ hyperscale data center projects, ensuring critical staffing needs are met from early development through commissioning. I deliver strategic sourcing, talent market insights, and a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across multiple states.In addition to recruiting, I support the ongoing evolution of the Talent Acquisition function by creating SOPs, developing recruiting processes and procedures, and leading strategic initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, consistency, and long‑term hiring effectiveness across the organization.Key Highlights:• Lead recruiter for all Eastern Region project and operational roles• Build and maintain pipelines for senior technical and leadership talent• Support high-volume staffing for major data center programs• Develop TA processes, SOPs, and scalable recruiting procedures• Drive strategic initiatives that enhance department performance and hiring outcomes• Strengthen hiring processes and candidate experience across the region
