Installation and Maintenance of data circuits at Layer One and Layer Two of the OSI Layer. Circuits ranged from DS0 thru DS3 communications. I supervise the troubleshooting procedures used by both the inside and the outside repair crews to clear problems from subscribers\' lines. In this position I am working with circuits such as Analog Data, Auto Ring down, Manuel Ring down, Hoot & Holler, Sub Rate digital circuits and Fractional T-1\'s and more. I am responsible for installation and maintenance of these circuits in a 24 hour rotation. I am Familiar with Multiplexers from Cisco, Fujitsu, Lucent and more. I also access various Digital Access Carrier Systems from Lucent, Fujitsu, ATT, Toshiba and more.
