The main tasks and responsibilities of the role are to:• Manage a team of internal integration specialists and 3rd party suppliers to deliver Distrelec’s customer eProcurement integrations across all the Distrelec trading regions and countries, with staff in multiple locations.• Work closely with the internal and external departments in developing, delivering and implementing the use of EDI solutions, electronic catalogues (Online and Offline catalogues).• Maintain Operational Knowledge of emerging eProcurement Integration Standards and ensure Distrelec is well placed to support them.• Lead Distrelec’s approach to successfully on-boarding new customer integrations and facilitate journey to BAU. • Oversee the Project management of peer to peer eProcurement integrations.• Articulate specific customer integration requirements into 3rd party technical delivery teams, and to internal departments to ensure the smooth running of all eProcurement activity.• Facilitate and oversee the transactional and connectivity testing of customer integrations.• Train sales teams on how to have high level conversations with customers.• Champion Distrelec\'s capability with strategic eProcurement Vendors.• Own eProcurement vendor relationships and Contract Negotiation.• Feed into the road map of future capability by working with head of Functional proposition and UX.• Demonstrate how systems interact operationally with the sales teams.• Administer Supplier accounts/systems for all eProcurement vendor interfaces.• Manage and monitor the systems, technical processes, servers, and ensure zero downtime for eProcurement data, and documents.• Work and coordinate with various development team to improve or introduce new technology in the Distrelec web store, and or the various ERP systems.• Take the lead for analysis of spend data.• Build professional relationships with stakeholders to implement change to improve the service.
