The MLT Finance Career Fellowship is a rigorous, 18-month program designed to prepare high-potential, underrepresented minority students for successful careers in the finance industry. Through a combination of intensive training, personalized coaching, and hands-on experiences, the fellowship equips participants with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to excel in top-tier finance roles.As a fellow, I engage in comprehensive financial analysis and modeling training, strategic career planning, and leadership development.
