Founded the Aggrey and Associates Foundation, focused on sustainability, environmental restoration, and community upliftment in mining regions. The launch event attracted 205 attendees, including industry stakeholders and regulators, who pledged support toward responsible and sustainable mining practices. Led the development of over 58 comprehensive business plans to support mining support service applications across diverse service areas—including contract mining, civil works, construction, catering, fuel supply, equipment rentals, and logistics. These plans enabled companies to secure operational licenses and regulatory approvals. Authored 21 business plans for gold purchase and export license applications, contributing to the successful licensing and setup of multiple export firms. Additionally, developed 2 full-scale business plans in support of gold refinery license applications, aligning with Ghana’s value-addition goals in the gold sector. Conducted a full reconnaissance survey and served as lead consultant for a gold export company—guiding them from setup to successful market entry and sustainable growth. Prepared 4 Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) and 4 Operating Services Plans (OSPs), ensuring mining companies met regulatory safety and operational standards required by the Minerals Commission and other authorities.
