ABOUT KOEN RAEDSCHELDERS
I am an analytical chemistry and proteomics specialist with experience helping clinical and research teams understand how analytical workflows can be used to support their scientific goals. My work focuses on connecting biological questions with appropriate analytical approaches—whether that involves chromatography, LC-MS/MS, or specialized sample-preparation strategies. I enjoy translating complex concepts into clear, practical guidance that helps teams make confident decisions about feasibility, workflow design, and expected outcomes.Throughout my career, I have collaborated with clinicians, researchers, and industry partners to evaluate analytical workflows, refine experimental approaches, and communicate results effectively. This has included contributing to application notes, presentations, and educational materials developed with technology providers. I have also been involved in procurement planning, project intake, funding evaluations, and cross-functional project coordination, which has strengthened my understanding of how analytical and operational decisions are made within scientific organizations.I am especially committed to helping workflows succeed in practice—by considering technical performance, resource requirements, training needs, and real-world constraints. I enjoy serving as a bridge between scientific questions and analytical capabilities and contributing to environments where research can progress efficiently and with clarity.
