I’m a hospital-based psychiatrist in BC, Canada, with an interest in psychotherapy, narrative medicine, and the emotional undercurrents of clinical work that often go unnamed. I created Soul on Call to offer physicians something different: not advice or optimization, but a space for reflection. Each week, I share short fictional stories rooted in emotional truth, paired with evidence-informed tools that invite quiet self-inquiry. It’s for physicians who are still showing up—capable, caring, and maybe quietly wondering what parts of themselves have been left behind along the way.
