Currently studying computer science and mathematics while working at the Penn Wharton Budget Model, thinking about policy communication, macroeconomics, economic measurement, computational methods, and how models should inform policymaking. Current major projects are (1) some numerical tools and GPU computing for dynamic models in python and (2) capturing wealth and capital income dynamics in a heterogenous agent macroeconomic model. I also spend a lot of time writing, editing, and coordinating timely analyses.Previous work on: evidence-based policymaking and data policy; higher education accountability, affordability, and data; administrative burdens; income security and household finances; and time series forecasting.
