About Kodjo M. Lee

Currently, I am leading a team as we launch an employee owned and operated renewable energy cooperative, Family First Solar, specializing in grid-tied & off-grid solar installations. Additionally, I serve as a Charging Performance Engineer at General Motors. In this role I am responsible at the system level for ensuring the new Ultium battery charges and meets our customer\'s expectations. On top my regular work, I also serve on GM\'s African Ancestry Network (GMAAN) as the Community Outreach Chair. My undergrad B.S. in Mechanical Engineering degree was earned at Kettering University. At present, I’m pursuing an M.S. in Energy System Engineering from University of Michigan - Dearborn. Also working on obtaining a North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) certification.I\'ve accumulated 15+ years of product development experience ranging from manufacturing, testing, design, and packaging/integration assignments.Hard work overcomes talent each and every time!
