ABOUT KODIAK GLADUE
I am an organized and motivated professional with experience across customer service, sales, and administration. My career began in fast food, where I spent two years developing a strong work ethic, time management skills, and a commitment to delivering great customer experiences. In between my highschool graduation and first year of post secondary I got a summer student role at SIL Industries, followed by a brief stint in sales that strengthen my communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.I currently work as an Administrative Assistant in finance where I support daily operations, documentation, and help keep processes running smoothly. I take pride in being detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.Outside of work, I bring leadership and teamwork experience from serving as Student President in high school and coaching basketball for the past four years. Coaching has sharpened my ability to mentor others, communicate clearly, lead with accountability & positivity.I’m always eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges that allow me to contribute meaningfully to a team while continuing to develop my professional skill set
