Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals is the flagship company of the NAGARJUNA GROUP, having the employee strength of Company\'s main business is producing the Urea and marketing.Responsibilities:1 Providing Support to the end users of sub modules of SAP HCM like Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Training and Events Management on day to day issues 2 Performing Configuration and Customization of emerging needs of the company in HR areas like New Personnel Areas, Pers Sub Areas, New work schedules etc.3 Performing year beginning activities like customization of Holiday Calendar 4 Preparing the user documentation5 Providing user training to the end users 6 Developing custom reports as per the user requirementMajor Achievements1.Configuration done for Auto Posting the Provisions of HR expenditure(Bonus, Exgratia) to Finance.2.Configuration of Subsistence Allowance (Which is not possible in the Standard SAP Practice).3.Wrote a PCR to work Previous Employment Tax Details for an active employee who is an old employee.(In standard SAP Previous Employment Tax details entry will be permitted for only Employee who joined only after 2nd of April)4.Wrote a PCR to process the Arrears Amounts (which are not considered for Income Tax Computation) to compute Income Tax. Similarly Exemptions u/s 10 related to Arrears5.Wrote a PCR to round the Interest on company loans. In the standard SAP HR rounding is not possible for the Interest on loans.6.Developed Form10E by providing logic to the ABAPer. Form10E is the declaration to be provided by the Employee to the Employer regarding to consider and calculate Income Tax Relief. Form10E is not part of Standard SAP report.7 Participated in development of in house ESS portal. Provided logics in developing the applications of Travel Management, Leave Management, Attendance Management, Performance Management System. The in house developed ESS portal is substitute to SAP standard ESS portal.
