Koby leads the execution of Black Girls CODE K-12 programs overseeing the development, implementation, evaluation, research, and continuous improvement of BGC\'s program model. She supports the development and implementation of program initiatives, community outreach, communications, and administrative operations in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Koby effectively operates across all departments of a startup nonprofit and plays a critical role in setting the direction of both current and future Black Girls CODE programs.
