ABOUT KNYVETT LEE

As the founder of a successful care management and guardianship company, I learned through that famous training track - the school of hard knocks - all about financial management, human resources, advertising and marketing and customer service. When we converted to a non-profit agency, I struggled through a tremendous paradigm shift. While non-profits must manage cash flow; hire, train, coach and terminate staff; advertise and market the agency and provide customer service just as for-profits, we ALSO need to establish and work with a board of directors, design programs, document outcomes, write grants and fundraise! My goal is to make MonarchCare a wildly successful social service agency that is able to continue providing fantastic services to vulnerable persons in South Florida long after I have retired. Specialties: Strong organizational and logistical skills. Enthusiastic and eternal optimist! Florida Guardianship law and professional guardianship. Well-versed in Medicare (all parts)
