   Work with the team engineers and community to help maintain the documentation for the Grafana Tempo (distributed tracing) open source project. In addition, I maintain and update the Grafana Cloud documentation for Grafana Cloud Traces. I\'ve also worked on Grafana Pyroscope and Grafana Cloud Profiles. Working in a docs-as-code environment empowered with AI, I work closely with the engineers, product managers, and engineering managers to ensure new features and feature updates are documented. In addition, we (writer + engineers + EM/PM) review the documentation structure and content to better meet our customers\' needs.I also explore how we can effectively use AI in our documentation by learning AI tools, investigating how to apply these new technologies to documentation to improve quality, automate workflows, and generate content from code repositories.I work with the Field Engineering, Developer Relations, and Customer Support teams to make sure customers\' questions are answered in the documentation.
