I am a seasoned business development manager with over 30 years of experience in the low-power, mixed-signal, wireless, and optical semiconductor industry. I have a proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing new customers and markets with innovative and cost-effective solutions. I help small companies grow revenue and customer base profitably and smartly.Currently, I work with Nortech Systems, a leading provider of design and manufacturing solutions for complex electromedical devices, electromechanical systems, assemblies, and components for medical, aerospace & defense, industrial and other high-reliability markets. Our proprietary RDX technologies offer significant advantages for rugged, smart and/or high-speed data communications including hybrid fiberoptic, electrically isolated, and/or fault tolerant systems. We offer a broad spectrum of design services from concept development through commercial design. Our manufacturing and supply chain capabilities are vertically integrated around wire/cable/interconnect assemblies, printed circuit board assemblies, as well as system-level assembly, integration, and final test. My role is to find the right decision-makers in target accounts and markets, present our value proposition, and generate SMART opportunities for our current or near-term products and technologies. I also collaborate with the engineering and product teams to provide feedback and insights from the customers and the market. My goal is to grow the company\'s revenue and market share in the fast-growing segments of virtual and augmented reality, endoscopy, computing, automotive, medical, industrial/robotic, military, and aerospace.
