About Scott Dillard
I\'m a Service-Disabled Veteran who spent 6-years as a civilian contractor working in Iraq and Afghanistan. Until 2023, I had no idea the Defense Base Act provides rights long after contractors leave the war zone. To date, almost every person I\'ve spoken with was also unaware of their expat rights. My new mission is to close this awareness gap by educating those civilian expats who served.Get in touch if you served in The Sandbox and are experiencing adverse effects. These conditions could range from pulmonary to cancer to emotional or any injury resulting from your overseas service. I can guide you to receive benefits you may be entitled to under the law. Contact me, and let\'s chat - you may still have rights.
