About Kaci Norman

I am passionate about deepening the impact of mission-driven organizations and supporting social change. I believe social change requires participation and engagement with people closest to the problem. I drive social change by supporting and strengthening the ongoing work in the social impact sector. I care deeply about social change because I value equity, compassion, and wellness within community. I am skilled at research, analysis, and relationship management. I use excellent listening skills to co-create solutions to the biggest social issues. I am a 2020 Social Impact MBA candidate with a concentration in Strategy at Boston University Questrom School of Business. I have practiced management skills of situation analysis, communication, team dynamics, consulting, and co-designing solutions. I am also a Master of Divinity with a concentration in ethics and social contexts from Boston University School of Theology where I graduated summa cum laude.As an administrative professional, I have brought authenticity and service to executive functions. I am a planner and organizer, as well as efficient executor of projects. I have experience in higher education, as well as start-up non-profits developing their business capabilities. My long-term goal is to co-design service and culture with the people closest to the issues.
