ABOUT EVGENY KNIAZEV

As a fullstack developer with over 4 years of experience, I have contributed to both startup ventures and corporate projects, bringing a unique blend of agility and reliability to each team. My expertise lies in Vue.js, TypeScript, and a solid understanding of backend technologies like Node.js and MongoDB. In my role at Flatsharing LLC while working on a project for SamoletPlus, I played a key part in developing an interactive map with smart caching, which improved load times by 40% and enhanced user experience by providing faster access to property listings. I also implemented an accessible KYC module for scanning passport pages on mobile device. From the ground up, I developed the landlord dashboard, enabling property owners and real estate agencies to manage their listings efficiently. To optimize performance, I configured Rollup to process custom icons and enabled tree-shaking of the custom UI kit, reducing the bundle size by 60% and improving page load speeds. On the backend, while working on the ProDDG, I built an advanced system using Node.js and Koa, providing access to a MongoDB containing over biological mutation records. This system included virtual subdomain routing and a caching layer, which reduced data retrieval speed by 80%. While working on various product ideas, I conducted over 100 Jobs-to-be-Done user interviews, honing my ability to deconstruct users’ goals and build product visions that align with their needs. Some decisions were influenced by findings from quantitative research as at the BSPb research project, where we gathered experience snapshots from over 150 young adults.
