   As a consultant for DLC, I have the privilege of working with clients including Sephora, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Fortinet, Sitecore, Jumio, and L3. Using my broad background to fill whatever needs arise, I\'ve been able to impact companies across their finance and accounting departments. Some of these impacts include: •At Jumio, I filled in as interim Controller, leading a team of 15, successfully implementing a new ERP system, and rebuilding the team as needed. I also rebuilt their cash flow and balance sheet to fit a new organizational structure & revised reports to enable automatic updating as future organizational changes occurred. •For L3, I supported a merger of two business entities by forecasting and updating all consolidation costs activities, and I created a new compensation model to inform employee compensation and bonus structure. •At Jazz Pharmaceuticals, I streamlined the monthly close process by reviewing, reprioritizing, and eliminating unnecessary tasks - thus reducing the close period by two days. •At Sephora, I led a system implementation coming in under budget and before deadline.
