Financial TurnaroundDrove a financial turnaround, moving from net loss in 2022 to three consecutive years of growth, with 2025 on track to set a new record.Expanded grant base by nearly 200%, reimagined fundraising (+23% Q3 YTD), and grew contract/outreach services (+22% Q3 YTD), resulting in a 36% increase in organizational revenue.Reshaped staffing from primarily hourly ($10/hr) in 2022 to a team of mostly full-time professionals, while reintroducing 403b matching and EAP mental health benefits.
