Currently, Kristine provides human resources support and people operations for Integris Solutions, LLC. Integris provides lighting solutions to real estate projects across North America. Prior to that, Kristine spent a year in the technology space, sharing her talents with M3 Networks, an exciting and growing managed service provider. As the Director of People and Culture, she led the talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for the company, ensuring an amazing work/life balance and awesome benefits for the employees. Before that, Kristine spent a decade in the healthcare industry, providing strategic guidance as a member of the leadership team, and leading a team of HR professionals.Kristine has over 19 years of progressive HR/POPs experience. She holds a SHRM Senior Certified Professional credential and has expertise in all areas of Functional and Strategic Human Resources and People Ops. In addition, Kristine is a professional photographer with advanced skills in photo editing and graphic design. She has utilized these skills in the workplace and created collateral and marketing and design work during her employ.
