Currently as Director, Customer Support, Analytics within the global customer support organization leading the APAC/EMEA regions responsible for all aspects of technical support lifecycle for Oracle Analytics customers. Prior to Joining Oracle, Bhushan was with Dell, helping build their end-end supply chain analytics practice (People, Process & Technology) delivering high impact programs using best of breed BI technologies. During his time with Dell, Bhushan delivered business intelligence programs that had significant ROI with improved forecast accuracy, unified data visibility, single source of truth consolidation, what if and predictive analytics capabilities across a very large global user base of users and building the foundational team of 10 awesome data and analytics engineers.Additionally, Bhushan also has extensive consulting experience on Oracle enterprise performance management, oracle BI helping clients globally implement and realize financial business performance outcomes during his tenure with Deloitte consulting.Bhushan earned his Master’s on Computer Applications from his alma-matter Vishweshwaraiah Technological University (VTU) India.
