I dream of a world without poverty and injustice, where the temperature in Arizona is 70 degrees year-round, and there\'s no such thing as \"too many dogs.\" Nonprofit professional wasn\'t on my childhood list of dream jobs. In college, I finally accepted that I couldn\'t be a mermaid and settled on making the world a better place. Over the course of more than a decade in higher education and human services, there were two overarching themes-Leveraging technology to work better, faster and smarter, and-Wearing many hats to get the job done. Joining the Homeward Bound team gave me an opportunity to apply broad nonprofit and technical experience on a new journey in Salesforce administration. Empowered by supportive colleagues and a drive for life-long learning, I earned my Salesforce Administrator certification in 6 weeks. Just over a year later, I became a Salesforce consultant, initially specializing in nonprofit solutions before branching out into corporate go-to-market engagements.Over the course of 9 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, I have excelled at project and relationship management; business process analysis; declarative Salesforce configuration; and developing junior resources. Passion projects include custom spay/neuter, legal advocacy and college scholarship mentoring apps, as well as an integration between 9 Salesforce instances. I\'m still not a mermaid. But I am ecstatic to combine my nonprofit roots and Salesforce experience as a Technical Program Manager (Sr. Salesforce Administrator) supporting Chan Zuckerberg Initiative\'s grant-making and legal operations.When I\'m not Salesforce-ing, you can find me wrangling dogs, compulsively organizing, singing karaoke, tackling an escape room, or adventuring outdoors.

   Partner with cross-functional Product Owners to define and prioritize Sales Cloud and Conga Contracts for Salesforce projects. Manage scope, compliance, risk, timeline, budget, quality and resources for assigned projects. Design, configure, document, unit test and deploy Sales Cloud and Conga solutions. Conduct UAT and enablement with Product Owners and Users. Serve as the Salesforce team\'s Scrum Master. Oversee the Salesforce team\'s Managed Services Provider. Coordinate relationships and contracts with SaaS product and service vendors. Manage CZI\'s related DocuSign account.Year 1 Accomplishments-Coordinated the rollout and stabilization of a major contract system implementation with a big 4 Salesforce partner-Revamped the Salesforce team\'s Help Desk, including business processes, Jira service project customization, and performance metrics-Initiated collaboration with various teams to streamline and standardize Help Desk processes, systems and metrics across Business Systems and IT Operations-Established the Salesforce team\'s Agile practice, including methodology and Jira project management-Scoped a new Go-to-Market implementation for the Education Product team.Year 2 Accomplishments-Lead successful transition to a new Managed Services Provider-Collaborated with internal team and Managed Services Provider to enhance Salesforce Agile and DevOps processes-Lead the User Setup track of a three-part Salesforce enhancement project with a top-ranked, global Salesforce partner-Implemented CZI\'s first Go-to-Market system for the Education Product team.
