About Suceendran Km

K.M.Suceendran ( Sucee ) has been with TCS for the last 30 years. He worked for several clients of TCS in various roles. He joined Human Resources function in March 2004 and played multiple roles including Global HR Head for TTH Business Unit, Regional Head - Resource Management Group, Program Director for TCS wide Digitisation Initiatives ( iCALMS and iWMS ) and Workforce Management Head for Assurance Services & BFS Business Units of TCS.Currently, Sucee is heading Academic Alliances for TCS Globally. Sucee was also part of WFM think tank that strategises competency development, visa planning and global deployment of associates for TCS. Sucee also does HR consulting for selective clients of TCS.
