I’m a connector. I connect organizations with solutions. I specialize in partnering with complex businesses to provide workforce strategy, human capital, and project solutions to meet organizational goals, increase revenue, and stay ahead of their competition with digital transformation. I\'ve worked with companies across many industries and sizes, with most of my experience focused on large enterprise software and technology businesses. I love learning and finding ways that my network, knowledge, and expertise in talent solutions can be of value. Sometimes it\'s as simple as sharing insights, sometimes it’s helping add talent to your team, or perhaps finding the next step in your own career. Other times it\'s assembling a team of SMEs to plan, develop, and execute a large-scale solution to revolutionize your company\'s technology. With 15+ years of experience in the world of talent and project solutions, quality, integrity, and relationships are of the utmost importance to me. I want you to feel as if I\'m an extension of your business; my ultimate goal is to help you succeed. Keep me in your of my professional career, I\'ve sat on the board of a non-profit focused on helping young professionals become more empowered, engaged, and educated; chairing their events and networking planning committee. I also volunteer my recruiting expertise to help at-risk youth in their job search processes. For the 5 years prior to Covid-19, I helped produce an annual fundraiser in the form of an art and music festival for attendees with 5 stages, 100+ volunteers, and countless musicians, performers, and artists. Herding cats and helping creatives execute their visions are some of my skills.Speaking of cats, I have one: Jazz. I chose this name in homage to my lifelong love for music, which was fostered by my late father, a singer/songwriter/guitarist, my own 10+ years of classical training on violin, and now my passion project/side hustle as a melodic and progressive house DJ. I consider myself a relationship-builder above all else. Communication, problem solving, learning, and guiding are my passions.
