As a Senior Lean Advisor, my responsibilities are to coach and educate leadership throughout the healthcare network in executing lean projects and other improvement opportunities. As part of the Corporate Region my primary work will support the WellSpan Oncology service line and Diagnostic & Imaging service line and with additional support to other areas provided as needed.(Previously supported Neuroscience service Line) In addition to my service line support, I also coordinate the WellSpan Continuous Improvement Institute with a focus on training lean leaders across the organization.Projects that I have supported include: Development & implementation of a comprehensive Breast Cancer Program, Lung Cancer Program, and Diabetes Program, internal training program development for lean leaders, and system safety and engagement strategy deployment.
