As a Director, Events & Sponsorship for Crum & Forster, this team furthers the connected marketing goal and ensures with vision, event production, delivery and execution is done successfully among divisions and teams. Projects include internal and external events, tradeshows, sponsorships and more allowing impactful and effective events to shine. Previous to this role, Kendall served as a Meeting Manager at Infinix Global Meetings & Events, a third party event planning company with over 30 years of experience. She worked with many industries and clients to deliver impactful and engaging events globally with the largest event a attended annual meeting. Kendall worked directly with the client to create, plan, and deliver high-class meetings, sales kick-offs, incentives, and more. In additional, Kendall served as a Meeting & Event Planner at Corebridge Financial (formerly AIG), to plan and coordinate full-service large scale meetings & events within the insurance industry focusing on Q1 sales kickoffs, 350-400 person Regional Meetings and client facing Q3 opportunities. Having started with social events for Texas A&M University in my early career, I found my love for meaningful events that grow organizations, education, and training efforts through conferences, incentives, and other meetings. With 14+ years of event planning experience in corporate marketing and strategic event management, she has found her drive and passion within events. From orchestrating full-scale conferences including registration, websites, mobile app, RFP and contract negotiations, transportation, accommodations, program & budget management, audiovisual production, speaker selections, and overall meeting management. Continuing education is a passion, which is evident as she gained her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification in the fall of 2021, and is also Cvent Advanced Certified for website and app build. To demonstrate my passion for leadership and professional development, I served as the President of the Young Professionals Employee Resource Group at Corebridge and Champion of the Rising Leaders Group within FICP, a member industry association, from 20••••23.Through my event planning experience, I have traveled to over 12 countries to plan and coordinate events, plus the greater U.S. & Canada, including Hong Kong, Brazil, Panama, Chile, Berlin, South Africa, Egypt, and Turkey to name a few.

My team manages every detail—from logistics and RSVPs to attendee coordination, contract negotiations, and travel arrangements—so our colleagues can stay focused on their core priorities. At Crum & Forster, we value meaningful connections fostered through events. By organizing team meetings, incentive programs, trainings, and industry sponsorships, we highlight our brand, culture, and the distinctive qualities that set C&F apart.My most memorable event so far would be either a Vail experience with every detail though through, or an anniversary silver themed anniversary celebration that left no detail untouched. Truly memorable.
