Unlocking the diagnostic potential of seminal fluid for the detection of clinically significant prostate cancer- Developed an at-home semen collection kit and executed the first of its kind clinical study for men scheduled for a prostate biopsy. Using a multi-omic approach, demonstrated high sensitivity and specificity for the detection of clinically significant prostate cancer. Results presented at AUA 2025- Filed several patents for the isolation of cfDNA from seminal fluid and a novel methodology for assessing methylation patterns- Published cfDNA tissue of origin studies in PLOS One.
