I am leading the engineering and delivery of StepStone\'s next-generation iOS and Android mobile apps, 18 B2C brands across multiple EMEA countries. The app has become a platform that empowers career aspirations, connects job seekers with opportunities, and adapts to workforce needs through the integration of AI and personalized guidance.Within two years we grew mobile job applications by 170% reaching per year, which contributes about 20% of the overall job application via Stepstone.
