Over 30 years experience in Senior Technology roles for major banks, challenger banks and fintechs including Santander, Barclays, Royal Bank of Scotland, Danske Bank and UKs Open Banking Implementation Entity.Passionate leader who loves to build and develop high performing teams. Has led global technology teams of up to 500 people in UK, India, US, Singapore, Denmark and Lithuania.A dual national UK and Irish citizen. Open to challenging modernisation or operational roles in the UK and Europe, as a contractor, consultant or permanent. I am married with 4 teenage boys, love programming (AI/Machine Learning/Python/Django), playing guitar, reading and hill walking.
