Half a million individuals consider suicide given this mental anxiety to field calls and letters from various creditors. On the other hand, the creditors have significant costs in finding individuals and getting information from them in lengthy calls. They also usually have a regulatory requirements to keep this information fresh. This typically represents a 83% wastage in the industry and a big cost on the sector.IE Hub was founded in 2018 to solve the problems faced both by consumers and creditors.IE Hub delivers a seamless digital engagement with customer to assess and verify affordability and connect them to all their creditors. This can be used to establish affordable repayment plans, assign forbearance and identify financial vulnerabilities for customer in collections.
