For the last ten years I have been immersed in the world of talent attraction, selection and retention. My roles have taken me to scale-ups as a talent consultant and troubleshooter, to university campuses as a coach and trainer, and to some of Europe’s best known brands (as well as the unsung heroes) where I have designed and implemented fair, robust, and efficient full-cycle recruitment and development programmes for interns, placement students, and graduates.I\'ve also spent a huge amount of time developing and facilitating L&D programmes to delegates of all experience levels. My L&D specialisms include innovation and intrapreneurship, project management, self-efficacy, and team performance.
