I also collect Pokemon cards and study art for the fun of it. I always had an appreciation for design and use to push Microsoft Publisher to its limits; but it wasn’t until I worked in technical support roles where I saw how ‘software updates’ just made the problem worse for many customers that I decided to become a product designer. Using the same consistent practice that allowed me to become a top musician in high school/college, I have been able to work on products that millions of people use. “When mistakes happen, don’t blame the person, blame the process.
