Justin Klutka is Chief Technology Officer at ScholarRx and a product-and-platform leader with decades of experience building and integrating digital learning at scale. He launched the first medical education curriculum exchange and built an AI-enabled creation platform used by 70+ medical schools, enabling personalized learning for students and faster course design for faculty. He has integrated AI across authoring, assessment, and curriculum mapping and established a Trustworthy AI framework focused on privacy, human oversight, and rigorous model evaluation, driving measurable gains in engagement and outcomes.Previously, Justin was Vice President of Product Technology at John Wiley & Sons, where he unified platforms, introduced learner analytics, and increased release velocity through shared services and cloud automation. Earlier, as CTO of The Learning House, he scaled the platform and data products, helping position the company for acquisition. He remains active as an educator, investor, and advisor, connecting product strategy to durable business results.

   As CTO at ScholarRx, I lead product and technology strategy with a strong focus on practical AI adoption. My work helps medical education programs deliver more consistent, shareable curriculum and assessment experiences, while using AI to reduce manual effort and expand what institutions can accomplish with the same teams. I drive AI integration on two fronts: internal acceleration of content and platform workflows, and partner-facing capabilities, including early agentic solutions designed to help educators and programs get real jobs done inside their existing toolchains.A major part of my tenure has been taking Brick Exchange from a bold concept to a live, growing global community of medical educators. I led the build-out of the platform, the underlying content and workflow systems, and the delivery capabilities needed to keep it reliable and continuously evolving.Rx Bricks are the foundation of the product. They are modular, interlocking learning units that enable institutions to assemble evidence-based curricula and assessments with reuse, consistency, and quality controls. Throughout this work, I take a governance-first approach to privacy, trust, and sustainable adoption in a highly regulated environment.
